Instructions for Online Admission Form

Auxilium Convent Little Angel School, Ahmednagar will be conducting ONLINE APPLICATIONS for admission to L.K.G.

The online application portal for LKG admissions will open on the 25th December 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and will remain open till 15th January 2024 till 5:00 p.m.

The admission form link will be available on school website – www.auxiliumanagar.com

Admission form will open. Fill in the details correctly. Fields marked with star (*) are compulsory / mandatory fields.

1. Child for whom admission is desired has to be born between   1st October 2019 to 31st Dec 2020

Below is the list of documents to be uploaded while filling online form:

(Size less than 100 KB) (Upload either pdf or image(jpg/jpeg) format only.)

a) Child's Photo (Compulsory)

b) Birth Certificate of Child. (Compulsory) -Birth Certificate should be in English only

c) If Christian: Baptism Certificate

2. Fill in CURRENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS in the form.

3. Blood group and Adhar number (12 digit) must be filled in the form

4. At the end of the form, Password has to be created. Please remember the password for further notifications.

5. On submitting for first time – form number and password will be displayed. Please note it down.                                

6. If form doesn’t get filled completely, like: Payment failure, document not uploaded, etc. – you can reopen the same form using form no. and password. In that case click on “Click here for existing application”.      

7. Fill in all the details correctly and carefully as same will be used for the further process.

Payment to be done of Rs. 250/- online (Net banking/UPI/Debit or Credit card).

For admission inquiry

For admission inquiry of classes UKG, 1st to 8th and 12th Click on “Click Here For Admission Inquiry”. Fill in the details with full name of child, Present address and correct birthdate of your child. School will contact you as per availability of seats.

Please Note : - Std 12th admissions are open for Science Stream only. Girls as well as boys can apply for same.
